CAN YOU COOK FOR GLUTEN-FREE CLIENTS?

Coral Bay Catering is pleased to offer a variety of gluten free options. We specialize in gluten free baking as well. However, we are not a gluten free kitchen. We work regularly with gluten and cannot guarantee cross contamination, although we have processes in place to minimize such happenings.

WE LOVE SEAFOOD BUT SOME OF OUR PARTY DOESN'T, CAN YOU SPLIT THE MEAL?

We get this a lot, for instance you love fish but one of your guests only eats red meat. We are happy to fill your needs by splitting proteins up the middle meaning half is beef and half local fish. However, unless specified, if someone has an allergy, no part of the meal will include that particular item. For instance a guest  is allergic to shellfish, zero shellfish will be on your menu (unless specified!).

DO YOU HAVE A VEGAN MENU?

We specialize in vegan cooking! A plant based diet does not equal boring. Our wide range of vegan cuisine offers delicious choices for your tastebuds. Fresh, simple and sustainable ingredients make for scrumptious vegan fare!

DO YOU OFFER FRESH LOBSTER?

Absolutely! But time is of the essence. We have a number of local licensed fishermen we work with on both St John and St Thomas. It takes more than a few days notice to acquire fresh lobsters, especially with the schedules of lobstermen and weather. Seasonality comes into play as well, so give us weeks notice if not longer if lobster is what you crave!
